Taylor Swift and Joe Alwyn have split up after six years, according to reports.
The couple, who started dating in 2016, have kept much of their relationship out of the spotlight but it has been reported that they broke up several weeks ago.
Swift, 33, is currently on her The Eras Tour. Conversations With Friends actor Alwyn, 32, has not been spotted at any of her shows since she began performing on March 18.
A source told website Entertainment Tonight that the split was amicable and “not dramatic”, adding the relationship had “just run its course”.
Over the years, the famously private couple kept their cards close to their chest, with the English actor, 32, and Grammy winner, 33, deflecting about engagement rumours.
“If I had a pound for every time I think I’ve been told I’ve been engaged, then I’d have a lot of pound coins,” quipped Alwyn previously to WSJ. Magazine.
Swift is believed to have met Joe in 2016 at the Met Gala in New York, and they started dating that October.
In 2021 it was revealed the couple live together in a £7million home in North London, although she frequently returned to the US, where she also has lavish properties.
